Summary: Kurt and Blaine after their hook-up at the wedding *u*
Kurt wakes up slowly to the smell of sex and Blaine’s warm skin. Blearily, he opens his eyes and smiles—Blaine’s only inches away from him, their legs tangled and their noses brushing together. Kurt doesn’t move back, but his smile widens when Blaine twitches and mumbles something in his sleep, like he knows Kurt’s awake.
Kurt watches Blaine sleep for a while, reaching out and hesitantly stroking his fingers against Blaine’s bare shoulder. He leans forward and kisses his jaw, and then the faintest brush across his cheek. Blaine’s breath hitches, and Kurt finally gives in, wrapping his arm around Blaine’s middle and squeezing gently. Blaine hums a slightly confused noise into Kurt’s hair.
“Good morning,” Kurt says quietly. His voice comes out rough and his throat is sore, but he loves it that way. He pulls back to look at Blaine. Blaine’s staring at him with wide, awe-struck eyes, like he can’t believe Kurt is still here.
“’Morning,” Blaine mumbles. He beams, his entire face lightning up, and god Kurt could spend all day staring at him. His fingers find the spot where Blaine’s eyes crinkle up, and he just feels it.
“Hi,” Kurt says dumbly, and then laughs at himself. “God, I missed you. I love you, Blaine.” Blaine gasps a little, like he did all last night when Kurt breathed the words over and over again into his skin. He wonders if Blaine will ever think he deserves that love again—well, Kurt’s going to stick around and make sure he does. “I love you,” he says again.
Blaine closes his eyes, breathes, and opens them back up. They’re shining with tears, but Kurt’s never seen him smile so hard.
“I love you, too. You don’t…I mean, no regrets, right?”
“Never,” Kurt says firmly. “Never, Blaine.”
Kurt presses his lips to Blaine’s, soft and gentle so he knows that he’s never giving this up.
